Rip out old Kitchen, remove tiles, relocate pipes for sink, relocate radiator including pipe work, run pipe work for outside tap and install, chase in for new sockets and cable, make good plaster work, paint celling and walls, lay vinyl flooring, fit wall cupboards and base unit, install new sink, reposition back fridge washing machine and oven, fit work tops, have a last cup of tea!(Electrician wired sockets & lights for under wall units and base unit plinths).
